Returns Policy

ARCHIVE specialises in vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture and objects. Due to the
unique nature of our collection, the following policy applies.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items sold by ARCHIVE are final sale.
Vintage items may show signs of age, wear, or restoration, which are considered part
of their character and not defects.

EXCEPTIONS
Returns will only be considered if:
The item received is significantly not as described
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photographic evidence is provided
Approved returns are subject to review and discretion by ARCHIVE.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery. Failed or refused
deliveries may incur additional charges.
