website and the purchase of products from ARCHIVE, a vintage furniture business based
in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree
to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or
services.
1. ABOUT ARCHIVE
ARCHIVE specialises in curated vintage and pre-owned furniture and decorative objects.
Due to the nature of vintage items, all pieces are unique and may show signs of age,
wear, or restoration.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian
Will use the website for lawful purposes only
Will not misuse, copy, or exploit any part of the website or its content without written
permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CONDITION
All items sold by ARCHIVE are vintage or pre-owned, unless stated otherwise.
Signs of wear, patina, imperfections, and variations in colour or texture are part of the
character of vintage pieces and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight
variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or restoration history.
We encourage customers to request additional photos or information prior to purchase.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or released.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or item
availability.
5. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified without our approval.
ARCHIVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
6. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery fees are calculated separately and depend on location, item size, and
handling requirements.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery access (doorways, lifts,
staircases) is suitable for the purchased item.
ARCHIVE is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen
circumstances.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items:
All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives significantly not as
described.
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear
photographic evidence.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
8. OWNERSHIP & RISK
Ownership of items transfers to the customer once full payment is received.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, and design—is the
property of ARCHIVE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written
consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ARCHIVE shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Damage resulting from improper handling or installation after delivery
Normal wear and tear associated with vintage items
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the item.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ARCHIVE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
